Iskon Broadband Telecom is a leading provider of new generation telecommunication services based on broadband Internet. Over 10.000 companies and 100.000 individuals use Iskon's services.
The Iskon web site was built on the eZ Publish CMS, customized and tuned to the project's requirements.
System load was an important aspect: initially, the site had to withstand over 100.000 unique visits per day. Thanks to advanced caching capabilities of the CMS (static cache) no problems were encountered.
Iskon's internal applicattions were integrated into the CMS and editors got a simple to use CMS administration interface, including specific types of contents, multimedia and Flash applications.
The result is a high quality web site which allows Iskon to present itself in an appropriate manner.
